  • We offer four tiers of subscriptions based on your needs. 

    Basic Tier: It’s free to sign up and create a Third Person Profile and get matched with brands, and you pay nothing until a contract is signed with an e-commerce brand. Under the basic tier, Third Person is entitled to a Lead Program Fee of 2% of the eligible fees collected by the 3PL from each accepted client during the Lead Program Period. (2 years). 

    Subscription tiers are optional for those who want more visibility, insights, and community access. Essential Plan Tier: $99/month ($999/year) and success fees remain at 2%, Growth Plan – $499/month ($4,999/year) and success fees reduce to 1.5%, and Premier Plan – $999/month ($9,999/year) and success fees lowers to 1%, in addition to offering expanded features. 

  • No! If you are enrolled in our free Basic Plan, you will be connected directly with any brand that wants to get in touch and only pay a fee if they become a customer.

  • We use the information you provide in your profile, particularly your Ideal Client Profile, and combine it with information provided by the brand to measure compatibility.

  • No! As long as you are actively enrolled in the Lead Program, you will be connected with any brand that is interested in getting in touch with you without limitation.

  • Absolutely. There’s no requirement to upgrade, and you can move between plans at any time.

  • No. The platform is free for brands, from discovery through signed contracts.

  • No. Our AI-powered matching stays the same across all levels, paid and free.

  • Yes! You can update your profile (what we use to match you with e-commerce brands) and add or remove any warehouse in your network in your account settings.

  • Third Person is not focused on quantity — we are, however, focused on quality. While we are aggressively working on new growth levers, we will always be focused on ensuring you only see well-qualified leads (i.e. brands that meet your ICP). The way our platform works is that brands opt in to connect with you. So it may take time to get that first one, and they may not be frequent (depending on your ICP) but when they do reach out, they will be qualified!

    We always encourage 3PLs to treat their profile like a LinkedIn profile — it's meant to be updated as your business evolves. Try tweaking certain responses like monthly minimums and average client size to see how that might impact the volume and quality of leads that connect with you.
